We warmly welcome you to this section that gives you links to Free Resources – great for connecting you to the power of a guiding voice. As we are being told to isolate, removing ourselves from each other; it is
understandably, and naturally, going to cause us significant levels of stress and anxiety. Remember we are biologically driven to attach and attune, and to be social beings. Many of you will be finding ways of doing this in creative and new ways; and, therefore, please enjoy these links to audio and written exercises. We think they will work for most ages; let us know what you think, and let us know if you have a link that you’d like to add here too, we are in the Contact section.
Check out these relaxation and mindfulness audio exercises from Beaumont Hospital Dublin; a super gentle voice will be guiding you through these mindfulness and relaxation exercises:
Cognitive behavioural classes provided by the HSE in Ireland are available now from: stresscontrol.ie/
With permission from Prof Gary O'Reilly from University College Dublin; fun mindfulness exercises for the younger population. Remember to check out the Quick Links Exercises there...I've clicked on these, and realise they are fun whatever age you are - this connects us to those younger parts in ourselves:
