We warmly welcome you to this section that gives you links to Free Resources – great for connecting you to the power of a guiding voice. As we are being told to isolate, removing ourselves from each other; it is
understandably, and naturally, going to cause us significant levels of stress and anxiety. Remember we are biologically driven to attach and attune, and to be social beings. Many of you will be finding ways of doing this in creative and new ways; and, therefore, please enjoy these links to audio and written exercises.
